As promised I have a puzzle for you today!
It is a Caesar Cipher but this time I am not telling you which way or how many spaces you need to shift the letters!

I will hold all comments for 48 hours with answers in them but I will allow comments that are tips or encouragement for each other! I know all the Gallagher Girls work better as a team!

Not sure about the punctuation but it was the best I could do :/ I had to try every combination with the first word until it was an English word- it was a challenge, but it was fun! Hoping to do more!

November 18, 2013 at 6:40 pmFor those out there who are stuck, pick the two letter word and count how many spaces are in between P and X for example. Then, go through the alphabet using that specific number of spaces until you get to a combination that’s a word. There’s only one choice. Like, for example, if there were 5 spaces between P and X, I would go, OK 5 spaces from A is F. That’s not a word. Next, 5 spaces from B, and so on until you get a word! Sorry if that was confusing! 🙂

November 19, 2013 at 3:56 pmIt works best for me when I write out the alphabet and then, underneath, write the shifted form until I get the correct variation. Example:
A, B, C
B,C, D so in this example, A=B…
Just keep guessing…

November 19, 2013 at 7:58 pmThe best way is to find a small word, and because you know it is in english, you are going to have at least one vowel in it, a, e, i, o, and u. So….. in the cipher a two letter word is PX, so right out the alphabet, mark all the vowels and look at the ones closet to the letter P and X. Remeber the Cipher can go right and left so you might have to go backwards:) Anyway, when you put a vowel with either P or X, you have to do the same number of jumps on the other letter, and if it doesn’t make a word try again. If it does work…..bingo! You have it.

PS it helps if you put the Alphabet in a strait line, without going onto another line. Good luck!!
