Hi All!

We have been eating Halloween donuts, cookies, and pumpkin flavored everything here at my house! I love Halloween and taking my daughter trick-or-treating. Any of you dressing up? If so, what as?

Little known fact: Ally makes super yummy caramel apples!! We will definitely be stopping by her house!

I just want to wish you all a wonderful and safe Halloween!

Also, if you missed it Ally did a Question & Answer on writing catch it HERE.

And the 2013 T-shirt contest is going on now! Details HERE.

Until next week,

Shellie

I went trick-or-treating on Friday as Ariel, the Disney princess. Sure, the costume wasn’t really good, but a little girl recognized me, so it was all worth it 🙂

I wish I went as a book character now that I look back on it. I’m so being someone awesome like Bex or Cammie next year!!!

I’m dressing up as either a demigod from Camp Half-Blood, (I have the shirt and everything!) or a spy (black catsuit and utility belt and just about anything else that you would think of that spies would wear!) 🙂 🙂 🙂

I dressed up as Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz. I have always wanted to dress up as her since I was little haha. The past several years I have passed out candy instead of trick-or-treating. Every year we give one piece of candy to each trick-or-treater and figure out how many pieces of candy we have before. This way we can count how many trick-or-treaters we have– this year we had 370 trick-or-treaters, and that’s not even our record! It’s pretty exhausting passing out candy where I live 🙂 It was fun though, I like to see all of the costumes, especially the little kids 🙂 They are so cute!
