I’VE SOLD A NEW BOOK SERIES!

Yes. It’s true. Here is the official announcement:

I have been wanting to write this series since 2007, and I’m absolutely THRILLED that I’m going to finally get to explore this incredibly rich and interesting world that can’t help but be filled with amazing characters.

I’m equally thrilled to be working with the tremendously talented David Levithan, a good friend whom I have admired for years and with whom anyone in this industry would be lucky to work.

The first book will be published in 2015 (because, seriously, I’ve still got to write it).

And now I’ve got to go do exactly that!

  2. This sounds like an amazing book. I will have to remember it!! I have read all of the current HS and GG books and cannot wait for the next ones! And seeing as we are telling how old we all will be in two years, I will be fifteen. An my sister is the one who got me reading and I raid her bookshelves daily! Good luck writing this book Ms. Ally and congrats on the possible movie deal!

  5. This is Awesome!! I’m like so excited. I can’t wait to read GG6 still:(. I reaaaaaly wanna read it. I’ve read 1-5 like a billion times, just waiting to be able to read gg6. I’m very excited that a new series is coming out 🙂

  6. I cannot wait! GG & Heist Society have been my favourite books for so many years now, and I do not want to see them end! I love Hale and Zach and I cannot wait to read this book and love Noah as well! I’ll be 18 and still fangirling over your books!

    • I’m so sad to see GG and Heist Society end. For my whole summer (last year) I was blowing through the books. The way they were written made me feel as if I was the main character, and not many books do that. It got so bad that my parents threatened to take away the books, because I didn’t go outside. lol, well I’m happy to see another series, and I’m excited to read it.

  13. REASONS TO BE EXCITED FOR EMBASSY ROW
    (A list by Maxine Pseudos)

    1. It revolves around a rebel (and everyone loves kick-butt girls).
    2. The main character is an Army Brat (also known as The Supreme Military Kid).
    3. Grace is up against the rest of the world, even as she tries to save it (an aspect much loved by fans of the Gallagher Girls and Maximum Ride).
    4. The series is written by the absolutely, positively, oh-so-simply AH. MAY. ZING. Ally Carter herself. What’s not to love?
    5. Mystery, action, and adventure are most likely to be included. Maybe a little romance? Hint! Hint!

    WARNING: The reading of Embassy Row may result in extensive fangirling, bated breaths, really loud, really obnoxious squeals, the urge to cheer at inopportune moments, and an unquenchable desire to write fanfiction.   18. I love Ally Carter’s books so much!!! When I heard Embassy Row is on the way I was so happy!!! I can’t stand that we have to wait until 2015 though!!!! Now I have to wait for the second Avengers AND Embassy Row to come out in ’15…. we just started ’14!!! 🙁 Can’t wait for the GG movie though!!! 😀

  21. OMB I can’t believe it……Grace is my name! I also wish there was a 7th Gallagher girl book, or maybe a little novella about her in the future….(I wanted her to become a person that does the stuff the do in CoveOps but for real and I want her to have a a steady relationship with Zach!)

    • the release date was December 27th, two days after Christmas- my Grandma pre-ordered it for me for Christmas, it was insanely incredible, and again, had me in tears, lol.

    i was wondering if you are going to make a 4th embassy row book?
    Because i have read all of them and i absolutely LOVE THEM!
    when i finished reading the 3rd book, it just didn’t feel like the ending of graces story for me.
    so i really, REALLY hope that there is going to be a 4th embassy row book.

  41. OMG! I have read all the books and I am only 12! I love Alexei’s persona so much I included it in my fan fiction! He’s so beautiful. Anyways, Ally Carter, please make the forth book!
    I really need to get them all, it was the best birthday present ever, and try not to make the men in the book so attractive.
