Hi Everybody!
I’m back from the utterly fantastic Austin Teen Book Festival. Huge thanks to the volunteers, staff, teens, teachers, and librarians that made for an awesome weekend!
And, as always, I got a lot of awesome questions, so I thought I’d answer a few of them here.

I’m afraid I can’t follow all of you because (and I’m grateful for this every day) there are so many of you! I do read all of my @replies as well as every blog comment posted here.
WHERE AND WHEN ARE YOU GOING ON TOUR NEXT?
I don’t know where yet (that is established by my publisher–I won’t know until a few weeks before I go), but I do know it will probably be about the time PERFECT SCOUNDRELS is released. I wish I could visit every city, but I’m afraid if I did that then I’d never get any more writing done. And I think we all want more books!
DOES YOUR HAND HURT?
I get this one a lot when I’m signing. Thankfully, no. My hand usually holds up pretty well. My back and shoulders are always sore after hunching over a table signing for a couple of hours. It always feels good to stand up!
ARE YOU EXCITED ABOUT FALL TV STARTING UP?
Yes! I just watched the first episode back of Revenge (so good!), and I’m seen a few of the new shows (so far Last Resort is my favorite). And I really am excited about it. I just love TV so much.

October 2, 2012 at 9:56 pmI’m going to love Perfect Scoundrels. Of course, that’s a given since all of your books are amazing. You are seriously one of the only authors that I read that are in the modern world (I’m mostly an action-adventure fantasy person, a little bit of sci-fi, dystopian/alternate reality, or at least something with some supernatural elements. In truth, I’ll read anything with a plot but unfortunately most modern day, real world YA are high school, fluffy romance books that don’t have much of one. Your books though? Action, adventure, mystery, well written, fleshed out characters… I could go on and on. But I digress, this is becoming a really long parenthesis-sidenote thingie.) But finding out what Hale’s family calls him? That’s gonna be awesome. I can’t wait for February!

Please come to Toronto on one of your tours. I absolutely love your books, and would love to get a signed edition. Often time many writers from the states don’t come to Canada, for I’m sure many reasons. This can be very dissapointing for all of us avid readers in the north. So if you can, please come; it would make me so very happy. Oh, and I love your tips for aspiring writers.

have a confession i have read the gg series more than once :1 gg=4 times, 2 gg=6 times, 3 gg=4( but currently in the process of 5), 4 gg= 3,5 gg=2( but that is only because it was a library book and I had to return it). Needless to say i am totally psyched for gg 6.

In GG5 Cammie is captured by The Circle of Cavan, who's Winters?…Oh that guy! Yeah kind of, in some point of view, way, thing…Cammie was, I think, captured at first-since she sick of people hurting for her-and then she probably ran away…and that's when she fell of the mountain.
