Happy Sunday, everyone!

Did you guys know that, statistically, this blog gets more traffic on Sunday than any other day of the week?  Well, it does.  So I’m betting a lot of you are either finished with your homework…  Or procrastinating doing your homework… Or something.

Anyway, thanks for dropping by!

And thanks to everyone who replied to the “your favorite lines” posts.  I’ve had SO much fun reading all of your comments.

What’s up with me?  Well, Heist Society 3, of course.  We are very, very close to revealing both a title and a cover.  I’m super excited about how the book is shaping up, and I can’t wait to tell you all about it!  Hopefully within the next few weeks.

Also, I hope to shortly have a publication date that I can share.  All I know right now is that it will likely be in early 2013.

There are a bunch of other things in the works, but I can’t talk about any of it yet.  As soon as I can, though, rest assured I will.

  1. yeah totally super ubber excited about hs3 and i just told my friend there’s an hs2 and she freaked out cant wait to tell her about hs3… i can imagine her right now and yeah FIRST COMMENT!!!     I’m a big fan of Gallagher girls in the UK and I’m trying to get lots of my friends to read the series, plus my school library buying them. I’ve read GG5 and can’t wait for 6. In the meantime, I think I might read Heist Society 1,2&3…hmmm….

    • well hello there fellow British Gallagher Girl! may I be a part of your British gang? (and I’m not just saying that, I’m actually from England :’) ) and loads of my friends have read LYKY, and one is halfway through GG2 and she just can’t read fast enough! I have no one to share my excitement about GG5 with!! and same with me about Heist Society, I have nothing to read at the moment. and everyone loves this Hale………I can’t resist. I’m going to have to read them :’)

      • Lol ik what you mean I’ve only got one of my friends to read GGs books and she’s just halfway through the second one and I have no one to talk about the books and you should read heist society because it is GOOD i mean come on ally carter wrote it obviously it’s gunna be good 😉 and ik how you feel coz at first I was like ummmmm I don’t know if I want to read heist society and them I tead it in two days straight and I was like OMG it’s amazing and it’s become my second favourite series ( GGs being the first 😉 )

  10. Happy Sunday, Ally. Yeah, for me it’s usually done…but today it’s procrastination. It’s summer’s fault, all I want to do(and have been doing) is going outside to play softball. Or bump a volleyball. Or toss a football with my cousin. Or shoot baskets. Or swim. Or run a 200 m. Yay for sports!(;

    Glad everything is good with you, Ally…and Heist 3 is moving pretty fast. For now…when it’s two months until the Publication date, I won’t be moving fast enough(: But then again, by then, it won’t be your fault. (:

    Oooohhh…secrets, huh? I’m excited!

  12. I can’t wait for the new Heist Society Book! I wonder if the cover will be like the others… and I wish the book could come out sooner. Now I am sure a lot of people can agree with me on that. Happy Sunday!

  22. OMG I AM SOOOO EXCITED FOR HEIST 3, EVEN THE IDEA OF THE TITLE IS MAKING ME BOUNCE OFF THE WALLS! Thanks for writing Ally, your books are the best 🙂 i keep blathering on about the GG books to my friends, trying to get them all to read them, cuz its my fave series and i just reread it for the 9th time (no joke) and theyre all like “HANNAH JUST SHUT UP ALREADY! WE GET IT YOU LOVE THE GG BOOKS!!!” haha! Now that summers coming up im probably gonna reread all your books again, for the 10th time!!! XD I’m officially excited.   26. I read your possible title on Twitter and I was sooooooooo excited!! I really can’t wait to see the cover and title. HS is my second favorite series (only to GG). I love you Ally and your books.     Today I heard a story about how the “Coke” formula has been locked away in a box…inside a vault. And I just thought of HS FOR SOME REASON? I thought about people like Kat robbing the bank to steal the formula.

  30. I got out of school May 10 sooooooooooo no homework for me!!!!!!! But I have to say, the twitter title sounds pretty good to me 🙂 Thanks for being such an amazing author!

      • Wow, our school usually let’s us out in the middle of June so I know how it feels. My other friend who goes to a different school gets off tomorrow but everyone who gets off early has to go back early and I really hate being in school while it’s super hot. Cross Country was terrible because of the heat…

      • Our school is doing budget cuts and their way of cutting money is to start earlier in the day and go later so now our school year starts around August 30th and we get out around May 10th. I <3 Budget cuts!!!!

  32. Love Gallagher Girls AND Heist Society; but I prefer Gallagher Girls; I mean I adore spy books- James Bond. So ur books rock- and Ally- you are the awesomest author EVER!!!!.Actually, I want a pair of Kat’s Shades (On the cover of Heist Society) but I can’t find any- Lol. Yeah, I got to sleep late cause of homework; I did everything apart from 2 pieces of Homework. And one of them was Maths- Unlike Fractions- So Fun- Not. But we have lots of tests. Y’know what; I really need Liz Sutton now; she could help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

By the way I have ABSOLUTLY no homework…lucky me…on most weekends! And I only have till June 1st till its summer and I am sooo excited! It really sucks that HS 3 won’t be coming out till 2013 ! And those secrets your keeping are going to kill me I wanna know! ): LOL you are amazing and I love reding all these comments!   36. OMG what are you not telling us??
    I worked on my Geography Essay that was due on Monday!! Plus i still have to do my Food Tech project and my mulitmedia project.
    I’m in my maths class doing my work and posting on this website. Ally it’s called multitasking.
    Were doing our homework and posting on this. heheh
    The book will come out next year????
    So what is happening this year?? it’s only May……..
    BTW Australia’s are still in school no hoildays till July!!!

  41. Procrastinating while doing homework is the thing to do today! I can’t wait for Heist Society 3 and GG6 is going to be awesome!!!I have to write a story for writing class and finish a project for science:( Opps got to go mom is wants to see how my homework is coming along. can’t wait til school is over!!! Only 8 more days!!!!!!!

  45. Hey Ally! If you’re reading this, I just wanna say: I LOVE THE GALLAGHER GIRLS SERIES! I can’t believe it’s ending! But I know you’re going to make the last book the best book ever! Just one suggestion: I would LOVE to see ALL the characters that was ever in The Gallagher Girls Series included in the last book, such as Josh, Dillion, DeeDee ect.

  50. hey so i just started getting in to your series and i really enjoy them. i mean like i finished the ” i’d tell you i love you but then i’d have to kill you ” series in a week. And i am on the second heist society book and i love it ! But i do have one question have you thought about the 6 gallagher girl book? Ally you are my favorite author ever and i check on your web site like 5 times a month. i love all your books please WRITE ON !
