Mission #4

January 4, 2012 by Ally Carter 175 Comments

Okay Gallagher Girls…

I knew you were smart but you have definitely proven your true Gallagher Girl intellect.  Because you all have such great spy skills I am going to give you an extra excerpt today. Brace yourselves though, because this one is much harder than the one given earlier.

Like Mondays excerpt, this is a scramble. I also going to give you 4 four clues to help you out on this mission.

eoyeyhtrshemnoerecevehwneltorse

Clues

1) It is 6 words, 7 words if you count the contraction as 2

2) There are no names

3) One of the words is a contraction

4) 3 of the words are 4 letters long

Good Luck!!

xoxo,

Molly

MORE CLUES…

5) The contraction is they’re

6) The number of letters in each word (in order) is as follows…

8 letter word 5 letter word 4 letter word 4 letter word 6 letter word 4 letter word

    So there’s like a 45% chance that the contraction is 4 letters…

    If that even helps.

Another contraction is that’s. And I believe contractions count as one word. I would think that.

come on you guys! Think of four letter words that would make sense. Like none, she’s (could be a contraction)that, more, they, town. Not like nose ( though sorry if it turns out to be one!)

    I think it starts either
    Welcome son ______ _______ ______ _______ _______.
    or
    Welcome everyone ______ _______ ______ _______ _______.

This leaves 3 four letter words, a contraction word and a mystery word.

I don’t know if this will help but….
There is a total of 31 letters
12 go into the four letter words
That means 19 letters have to be split up into four words, yet none of those words can be four letters.
    Hope it helps!
